Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum/AI/sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption impact
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record launching disruptive tech products with market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate tech)
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent future-planning experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management across executive, technical, and investor audiences
- Prior experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives post-2020
