- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate futuristic solutions.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to prepare the workforce for the 2026 landscape.
- Manage relationships with technology partners and thought leaders to stay ahead of industry shifts.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with a strong background in strategic planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies, specifically with a focus on long-term forecasting (2026+ outlook).
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
