- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development priorities
- Build relationships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen innovations
- Present strategic forecasts to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution and market disruption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or technology consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field required
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, Web3, and synthetic biology
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading cross-cultural, cross-disciplinary innovation initiatives
