Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI integration and modernization roadmap.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI transformation initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI specialists.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of the industry through 2026 and beyond.
- Oversee the ethical deployment of AI systems, ensuring compliance, security, and bias mitigation.
- Drive organizational change management, facilitating smooth transitions and widespread adoption of new AI tools across departments.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the ROI and business impact of AI transformation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML strategy and implementation.
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, LLMs, generative AI, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital or AI transformation projects from concept to deployment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align technological capabilities with market opportunities.
- Experience in change management and scaling agile methodologies across enterprise teams.
