Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing sustainable tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation sprints focused on human-centric design principles
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technology disciplines
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching futuristic tech products (quantum/AI preferred)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ethical frameworks and regulations
- Experience with agile methodologies in complex R&D environments
- Exceptional public speaking and stakeholder communication skills
- Portfolio of published research or patented innovations
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, etc.)
