- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AI governance and biotech protocols
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven prototyping cycles
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy discussions
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech
- Successful P&L management for innovation portfolios exceeding $10M
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics preferred
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go/Rust)
- Certified in AI Governance or Sustainable Technology frameworks
- Experience scaling tech startups from Series A to IPO or equivalent
