Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) through quantitative modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks for adopting next-gen technologies in Fortune 500 ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align C-suite teams on innovation roadmaps
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend reports with actionable commercialization insights
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions for enterprise clients
- Identify and secure partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic labs
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy incubator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with proven trend-impact analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Experience presenting to executive audiences on complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic insights
- Ability to translate abstract technological possibilities into concrete business opportunities
