Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmaps, identifying disruptive innovations and market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption across industries, advising C-suite on future-proofing initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions with real-world applications
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums shaping 2026's tech agenda
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact (e.g., blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Executive-level experience communicating complex future scenarios to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field with PhD preferred
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology applications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent futurist methodology training
- Fluency in at least two programming languages and data visualization tools
