Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical strategy for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-fidelity prototypes.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Edge Computing) and evaluate their feasibility for integration.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of leading the development of complex, mission-critical systems.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Experience with AI/ML integration pipelines and data engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
