Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI models tailored for the 2026 technology cycle.
- Conduct research and development on emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Optimize neural network performance to ensure low-latency, high-throughput deployments in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and security experts.
- Define and enforce best practices for data privacy, ethics, and AI safety in 2026.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in designing scalable software architectures.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust with deep knowledge of AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
