- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Identify and mitigate systemic risks in innovation pipelines
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Maintain proprietary trend database with predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on AI, biotech, or quantum computing
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with quantitative trend modeling and scenario simulation
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI development pathways, or neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
