Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling, scenario planning, and Delphi methodologies
- Author visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on future business landscapes
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026-era challenges
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Wild Cards Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-strategy work or thought leadership
