Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI-driven innovation with human-centric design principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational goals with future trends
- Produce thought leadership reports and executive briefings on disruptive forces reshaping industries
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire next-generation startups
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused research methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
