- Develop and publish quarterly future-readiness assessments for executive leadership
- Architect innovation roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision and phased implementation plans
- Facilitate design sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams to prototype 2026 solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure organizational future-readiness progress
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations at industry conferences and board meetings
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal future-thinking culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech trends
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP from APF) or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (journal articles, books)
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
