Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces) and their socioeconomic implications by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and resource scarcity challenges
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions with ethical guardrails
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, climate tech, and human augmentation trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Strong quantitative modeling skills (Python, R, or equivalent) for trend analysis
