Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops to map potential futures across technology, policy, and social domains
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce trend reports and executive briefings on macroeconomic shifts and industry disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience working with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight projects
