Responsibilities

- Develop scenario models for AI, biotech, and spatial computing convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify and prioritize moonshot opportunities with $100M+ potential
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout emerging talent
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating trend prediction accuracy
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech publications
