Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-ready thinking into product development
- Present executive briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities with quantifiable impact assessments
- Build scenario models for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence scenarios
- Establish KPIs to track strategy execution and future-readiness maturity
- Author whitepapers on 2026 workforce transformation and market evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into implemented business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic foresight projects
