Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 2030 vision
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology ethics
- Advise on regulatory frameworks for quantum-AI convergence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Methodology preferred
