Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate adaptation systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof business models and innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and predictive analytics for strategic decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to access cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional visualization and storytelling skills with data-driven narrative development
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (journal articles, white papers)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
