- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities in emerging markets
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation with future market needs
- Maintain trend intelligence database and predictive analytics models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published foresight research or thought leadership pieces
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP) preferred
