Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ horizons
- Develop comprehensive scenario planning frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports, predictive models, and visualizations for internal and stakeholder audiences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
