Responsibilities

- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-centric automation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, policy, and design teams
- Present trend forecasts to board members and venture partners quarterly
- Establish FutureHorizon's thought leadership through white papers and keynote speeches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research in exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, scenario modeling)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofed initiatives
