Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market opportunities and disruption scenarios
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and risk mitigation
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning Nexus as an industry authority
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into R&D pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or thought leadership content
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend impact modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business outcomes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar) strongly preferred
