Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology adoption
- Produce quarterly Horizon Reports for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with futurist research institutes
- Champion ethical innovation principles in organizational transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, books, reports)
