- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, technological, and societal uncertainties
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for board and stakeholder audiences
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging startups and disruptive technologies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or market strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data from diverse sources
- Executive-level communication and storytelling abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
