Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members with actionable insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs to capture emerging innovations
- Design and implement innovation frameworks that align with ESG principles and sustainable futures
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists to build next-generation foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or Innovation Methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects with measurable market impact
