Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead moonshot projects in quantum computing, sustainable tech, and AI ethics
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year impact
- Present strategic foresight briefings to investors and executive stakeholders
- Curate a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Drive patent strategy for emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design thinking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 2020+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum AI, biotech convergence, climate tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio of 2020+ technology roadmaps or speculative projects
