Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies with 3-year commercialization timelines
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Partner with Fortune 500 CEOs to advise on 2026 market readiness and competitive positioning
- Author industry-defining thought leadership on the future of human-AI symbiosis
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Curate the annual Global Futures Summit convening 200+ visionaries from Silicon Valley to Singapore
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with proven impact on multi-year roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction and commercialization of emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI governance
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption scenarios
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, Millennium Project)
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in peer-reviewed futures journals
