Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Planning, Business Administration, or Futures Studies with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies

- Exceptional data literacy with proficiency in predictive analytics and scenario modeling tools
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar advanced strategic planning certification
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and socio-cultural megatrends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizational structures
