Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum adoption, climate resilience) and translate into actionable business strategies
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational capabilities
- Author high-impact trend reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Design and validate predictive models for emerging consumer behaviors and industry convergence points
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026's most pressing challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling executive narratives
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization tools
