Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation AI models designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Oversee a team of data scientists and engineers in creating scalable, high-performance machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid AI systems.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous agents and generative models.
- Present complex technical research findings to stakeholders, investors, and industry leaders.
- Identify emerging trends in AI and drive the strategic roadmap for the R&D department.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, transformers, deep reinforcement learning, and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong background in data ethics, algorithmic fairness, and responsible AI practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
