Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise onto pallets or shelves according to company safety and operational standards.
- Utilize RF scanners and handheld devices to accurately process inventory and locate stock.
- Perform order picking and packing duties to ensure timely shipment of customer orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed and certified.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and rotating shifts.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
