Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 6AM-2PM)
- Coordinate team activities and ensure safety compliance
- Process high-volume inventory and order fulfillment
- Resolve operational issues with minimal supervision
- Train weekend staff on equipment and procedures
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years logistics/supervisory experience
- Proven ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Availability for every weekend shift (no exceptions)
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Valid Maryland driver's license
