Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse staff during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Ensure efficient order processing and inventory accuracy
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Train new weekend staff on equipment and procedures
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Availability for every weekend shift (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
