Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse operations and team coordination
- Manage inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Train and onboard new weekend staff members
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with certification
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters promptly
- Maintain accurate shift logs and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic computer skills and WMS experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
