Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
