Responsibilities
- Execute order fulfillment processes accurately and efficiently during night shifts.
- Inspect, pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with high precision.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible night hours.
