Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly inventory management and order fulfillment operations
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Conduct nightly equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Resolve urgent operational issues during shift hours
- Prepare daily shift performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Valid Forklift certification required
- Proven leadership in overnight operations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS inventory systems
- Flexible availability for urgent shift coverage
