We are expanding our operations and need a reliable professional to manage our 24/7 supply chain flow. In this role, you will ensure seamless coordination between warehouse operations and transportation vendors during the critical night hours.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate incoming and outgoing freight to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dock workers, and internal departments.
- Verify shipping documents, bills of lading, and inventory counts against schedules.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment during night operations.
- Resolve logistical discrepancies and escalate critical issues to the Shift Manager.
- Perform daily cycle counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
