Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets company and industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Reliability: Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays with little to no notice.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and comprehend safety instructions.
