Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations during night shift (6 PM - 6 AM), including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team of 10-15 associates, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance in all operations
- Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies using WMS systems
- Train new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and logistics best practices
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Availability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
