Responsibilities
- Manage inventory flow with precision using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in a climate-controlled environment
- Coordinate cross-docking activities for rapid shipment processing
- Maintain OSHA compliance through rigorous safety protocols and equipment checks
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Perform quality control audits on incoming/outbound freight
- Document transactions accurately in real-time inventory management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or forklift certification a major plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
