Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift employees, including scheduling and performance management
- Monitor inventory control systems and implement cycle count procedures
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trailers and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Train staff on new equipment and safety protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports and address operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate with day shift teams for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
