Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
- Inventory Management: Verify and document incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipping.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging protocols are followed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
