Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun) and occasional holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
