Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead a team of 10+ associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Optimize workflow processes to meet weekend delivery targets
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate critical matters
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with weekday management for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Valid California driver's license (required for site inspections)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 6AM-2PM)
