Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using barcode scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layout with efficient pallet stacking and zone labeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Conduct quality control checks on products and packaging integrity
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Generate daily reports for shift supervisors and inventory tracking
- Support weekend inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn warehouse management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification preferred but not required
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
