Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming customer orders with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and ship products using standard warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock replenishment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon hire).
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
- Resolve basic customer inquiries regarding order status and tracking.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license or state ID.
