Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and freight carriers to manage inbound and outbound shipments.Maintain accurate inventory records using our proprietary supply chain management software.Resolve shipping discrepancies and troubleshoot logistical issues in real-time.Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan inventory needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
